• Participation in the development of a legal position on the issue of registration of the Principal's new trademark in connection with the forced rebranding of the company due to the introduction of restrictive measures

• Participation in the preparation of a legal position on the issue of proving distinctiveness of the Principal's trademark (big four operators) in the presence of 2 current refusals of registration

• Participation in the development of a legal position on the issue of registration of the disposal of the exclusive right under the Trademarks Transter Agreement of the Principal (big four operators)
